Q1: Where is Perhentian located?
Perhentian Island is located at South Chine sea east coast of Malaysia and close to the border of Kelantan. Situated 108Km from Kuala Terengganu (1½ Hours) and 58 Km from Kota Bharu (1 Hours).

Q2: How long the boat journey from midland (Jetty) to Island?
By speedboat is about 30 Minute, than by slow boat have to take 1½ Hours.

Q4: When I arrive Kuala Terengganu Bus Terminal, how to meet Ping Anchorage Staff ?
Buses from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Singapore arrive at Express bus terminal Tanjung (Kuala Terengganu) around 5.30AM-6.30am, Our staff will be at the Bus Terminal to meet you around 5.30am. (Ahmad handphone  019 9131993 or office 09-6262020). Our staff will carry welcome card with your name.

Q5: I arrive so early in the morning, where can I rest/ wash up ?
We will transfer you to Ping Anchorage Travellers check point by our company mini bus for rest and wash up. Around 7.00am you can have a breakfast at Our Travellers Café or coffee shop nearby. At 8.00am we will transfer you from Ping Anchorage to Kuala Besut Jetty. Our boat usually from morning to noon.

Q6: Which the nearest Apt to Kuala Besut?
The nearest Apt to Kuala Besut is Kota Bharu Apt. From Kota Bharu Apt to Kuala Besut jetty is about 1 Hour. For Scenic journey you can take from Kuala Terengganu Airport.

Q7: When is the best time for holiday at Perhentian?
The best period to holidays is from March to October. Normally all resort will closed at monsoon season from end of November to end of February.

Q8: Can you purchase the bus ticket from Kuala Terengganu to Kuala Lumpur/ Singapore/ Johor Bahru/ Penang ?
Yes we will do that service for you, the bus normally depart at night 8.30pm –10.00pm  from Kuala Terengganu express bus terminal.

Q9: Where can I rest/ wash up  and place my luggage if my bus/ flight depart in the evening on the day of departure?
On the day of departure we will transfer you to Ping Anchorage Travellers check point by our company mini bus for rest and wash up and place your luggage. Ping Anchorage check point located in the city center so you can walk around Kuala Terengganu town or do some shopping. We will provide dinner transfer around 6.00pm-7.00pm and transfer to Bus terminal or airport around 7.00pm – 8.00pm. 

Q10: Can I hire Ping Anchorage van to do sightseeing around Terengganu before my bus/ flight time?
Yes you can do that, lots of place of interest in Terengganu area such as Marang fishing village, Sekayu waterfall, Kenyir lake, State Museum, Floating mosque, Duyung island, handicraft center etc. please book in advance with our reservation staff.

Q11: How do we make reservation?
You can make a reservation or get more information by email and by phone. By email please visit to our website at www.pinganchorage.com.my. Than please call us for more details us at 09-6262020 (8 lines).

Q12: How I make the payment?
A 50% deposit is require at the time of confirm booking and the balance must be paid 2 weeks prior departure. Kindly please bank in to TT to our company account and fax us the bank in (TT) slip for reference .You also can make the payment by credit card, has to find out our tour booking form in our website.
